the family room was spacious. beds were comfortable, (i really enjoyed the softness). the staff were very friendly. we had everything i needed.
the window had a plywood temporary repair. the wifi did not reach my room, a known issue i learned later. a loud regular noise came from the bathroom, (it was possibly related to the toilet).
